Returns and Refunds
All returns are accepted for faulty or damaged, or items not matching the description.
Two return options for the end customer to select from:
- Full Refund.
- Exchange with correct product.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order.
Our courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return. However, it might sometimes take a little more time for a courier to collect the item.
Return shipping fees are on us!
For your returns, please send an email request to email@example.com with attaching photos documenting reason of return and mentioning order number and support team will take action within 24 hours.
