Returns and Refunds

 All returns are accepted for faulty or damaged, or items not matching the description.

Two return options for the end customer to select from:

- Full Refund.

- Exchange with correct product. 

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. 

Our courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return. However, it might sometimes take a little more time for a courier to collect the item.

For your returns, please send an email request to with attaching photos documenting reason of return and mentioning order number and support team will take action within 24 hours.
